Located in Hudson's Hope BC the Paquette apartments is a 36 unit building including 12 bachelor suits, and 24 two bedroom suits. This building was constructed over a period of nine months (yes nine months from breaking ground to occupancy!) in 2012 with energy efficiency at heart, it performs extremely well in the harsh winters of Northern BC to this day!
